Job Location: Washington DC
Security Clearance: None required. Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien.
Education: BA/BS, any domain. Can substitute 5 years additional experience in lieu of degree.
Experience:
• Intellectual Property: 7 years
• General Office Team Management: 3 years
• Foreign patent and trademark: 5 years
• U.S. patent and trademark: 5 years
Certification: None required.
General Requirement: Candidates should possess a high level of knowledge in U.S. and foreign patents and trademarks. Must have served as a supervisor or team lead within a similar setting (3+ years). Responsible for review, consolidation, and scheduling of patent applications; researching discrepancies and analyzing materials prior to review by managers.
